Disable iptables

Rather than disabling iptables in Ubuntu 14.04, you can allow everything.

iptables -F
iptables -P INPUT ACCEPT
iptables -P OUTPUT ACCEPT
iptables -P FORWARD ACCEPT

It's bad, but it works.
